Lesson 1: Be prepared to leave your "Comfort Zone"

Face it, we don't like feeling uneasy. We don't like feeling anxious. We certainly don't like unpredictability. You know that guy your girlfriend cheated on you with? I bet you he was used to leaving his comfort zone. Hell, of course he was! He was fucking your girlfriend knowing he could be caught and mutilated! He wasn't caught. Or if he was, he wasn't mutilated. Let's look at what he earned from leaving his comfort zone. The satisfaction of knowing he had his way with a girl who had a boyfriend. The satisfaction of knowing he beat YOU.

What about the guy walking around at the beach flaunting his body? Having random women
approach him and hit on him. THEY ask for his number. He doesn't have to do anything except flirt back! He knew this would happen though. This was expected, and part of his plan. A few months ago he set aside his bad eating habits. He mustered the discipline to go to the gym five days a week? No, he developed an obsession with improvement. He grew tired of his life where he was last to pick and last to live. He began to love something as simple as working out. I myself only go to the gym twice a week and I get plenty of compliments on my physique. Throughout the history of this blog, you'll soon become an expert on being ripped and everything to do with it. You'll become a guru on so many different subjects.
Your friends will look up to you and admire you.

I'm gonna make this simple for you my friend. My advice on "leaving your comfort zone" can be applied to any situation. Your comfort zone is what is stopping you from having ripped abs/wealth/one-night-stands-with-beautiful-women/whatever-you-want. Pain doesn't feel good, nor does discomfort; however, to get these things that only a few men can achieve... you need to learn to love pain and discomfort. It is an investment in yourself. Expect updates on this blog daily. I'm gonna get you ahead. You will be the cream of the crop in a world where so many run around clueless. Develop an infatuation with improvement and progress. It will be uncomfortable at first, but that's fine. Listen to my teachings, put your pride and morality aside. You will take on world and bring it to its knees.

  3. I completely agree with this. I've done a lot of researching on Alpha, Beta males. It's funny really how easily they have it compared to men who are lacking confidence.

  6. All valid points, as long as you look at it not as a quick fix, but as a paradigm change you can include in your daily life.
