Lesson 3: Understanding an Alpha Nutrition

The following lesson will provide you with vital information that you will have to stick to if you want to get "that body."

You will need to stop eating and drinking garbage. It may taste delicious, but there are alternatives that
taste just as good. They will make you feel better mentally as well because of their benefits to your body.
Right now you're probably eating a large amount of carbohydrates, with a minimal amount of protein.
That will have to change immediately.

Currently your meals consist of the following:
Soda, snack bars, chips, spam, oreos, and then sometimes chicken or a burger.
You eat these in random amounts at random times of the day, which makes your metabolism shit as well.

Your body probably looks like either of these two as a result.

From now on, I want you to eat HIGH protein LOW carb meals every 3 hours you're awake.
The reason for eating high protein meals is because protein is the best type of calorie there is, it's also
the most important factor for building and maintaining muscle.
The reason for eating these meals every three hours is because your metabolism becomes as fast as it can get,
which will help you absorb protein and nutrients, and burn carbs/fat.
If you can't do this every three hours, just make sure every meal from now on is HIGH protein and LOW carb. That will still do your body justice. It's also very important to stop having a "snack."
Snacks mess up your metabolism and leave it confused, it's like teaching a boy how to do lift a weight, but then having him drink melted butter.

What is a HIGH protein LOW carb meal?

Steak with two eggs and a slice of bread. = GREAT! Steak is a high source of protein along with the eggs, the bread is the low amount of carbs needed to spend energy and to help your protein get absorbed instead of having the protein used as energy.

Muffins with melted butter on top = TERRIBLE, a big fat ball of carbohydrates. No protein in sight. You will
end up looking like a muffin yourself.

Burger consisting of two beef patties, cheese, lettuce, buns, and no mayo = Good enough! High amounts of protein from the beef patties, with a small amount from the cheese. The bread is obviously our carb in this meal, which is required. Mayo is terrible, and would reverse any hard work you're putting into this lifestyle change.

You may now have an idea of what to eat. Your meals should have lean meat like beef, fish, and chicken, outnumbering carbs like bread and sugar EVERY time.

If you want a much greater idea of high protein and low carb meals, or high protein foods in general, just
use that search bar located at the top of the page.

If you're curious, here's what a I typically eat every week.
Tuna with melted cheese on top, made into a sandwhich.
Steak or chicken with small amounts of rice.
Burgers with the garbage removed. (the garbage being mayo)
I drink two protein shakes a day as well.
If I'm on the go, I'll eat a bag of almonds.
You also need to drink a lot of water from now on, triple your intake.

With the information I've given you today, you will now begin your transformation into getting a lean body.
Fat and anorexia will no longer exist for you. This information is to be used in hand with my next lesson, which
will help you with the weightlifting and physique portion of being "ALPHA ON THE DAILY."

P.S. Take a multivitamin daily, will do wonders for your body as well.

Lesson 2: Abandon your Judgement

Let it go. I know there are some of you whom my words won't reach. Your judgement will only
hold you back from achieving your maximum potential. You know you're guilty. I am guilty as well.
As soon as I notice myself doing it, I stop. I lay it to rest. This valuable time I only have to live through
once, will not be wasted on judging someone. You see some some guy walking, holding the hand of
a girl you think is beautiful. You think to yourself, or maybe say out loud if you're with your friends,
"look at that douche." "That guy is a fag." "He doesn't deserve her." "Why is she with him?" You
spend so much time and energy doing this, but really... what have you gained from it? You just
made yourself comfortable. This is your subconscious way you deal with being beaten. With being
less than what you know you can be.

You don't even know this man, yet you put him on a stake. He could have a terrible life.
Where day in and day out he works at a job he knows is a dead end. He doesn't work there because
he chooses to, but because it's the only way he is able to support his little brother. This girl could be
the only great thing he has going for him. Or this man could have a great life. Whatever it may be,
it is not worth your anger. It is not worth your judgement. It is not worth your sneer. The only thing
it should be worth to you, is your quick genuine smile. Let your passing glance at that couple absorb
the happiness they irridiate at that very moment. You will soon be that guy. You don't want people
you don't even know making remarks about you as you pass by. You don't want them to judge
you and put you on their stake. Or maybe you do, maybe your personality is one that thrives
off of that.

How much time can you spend condeming people? They are humans, and so are you.
We will mess up. We will do wrong. We will make mistakes. The cycle of hate has no end, for
it is a cycle that will continue relentlessly until you stop feeding it. Another person
may seem different to you. You may seem different to him. On the inside, we are all the same.
We want to be nurtured. Everyone wants to be loved. Many want to be respected and admired.
We want to be understood. This lesson is meant to help you understand yourself and the ones you
judge, which ultimately, are you as well.

The shy girl might just be that way because when she was younger, she was
made the outcast by her peers. Perhaps she was the new kid in school year after year,
because her family was constantly moving, so she never really had a chance to form a bond
with anyone. Perhaps the guy who goes around fighting everyone lost his mother when he
was just a child. So all he knows is the ways of being a man, deep down he wants the woman
he never had, to take care of him. He still seeks the nurture he never received. Which is why he
fights those who do get that love. My point being, let your quick judgement falter. That is precious
time wasted, achieving nothing, and holding yourself back. Who knows, you might just make
a new friend, that will change your life or open opportunities for you. A scornful remark is
not the way of an alpha.

Lesson 1: Be prepared to leave your "Comfort Zone"

Face it, we don't like feeling uneasy. We don't like feeling anxious. We certainly don't like unpredictability. You know that guy your girlfriend cheated on you with? I bet you he was used to leaving his comfort zone. Hell, of course he was! He was fucking your girlfriend knowing he could be caught and mutilated! He wasn't caught. Or if he was, he wasn't mutilated. Let's look at what he earned from leaving his comfort zone. The satisfaction of knowing he had his way with a girl who had a boyfriend. The satisfaction of knowing he beat YOU.

What about the guy walking around at the beach flaunting his body? Having random women
approach him and hit on him. THEY ask for his number. He doesn't have to do anything except flirt back! He knew this would happen though. This was expected, and part of his plan. A few months ago he set aside his bad eating habits. He mustered the discipline to go to the gym five days a week? No, he developed an obsession with improvement. He grew tired of his life where he was last to pick and last to live. He began to love something as simple as working out. I myself only go to the gym twice a week and I get plenty of compliments on my physique. Throughout the history of this blog, you'll soon become an expert on being ripped and everything to do with it. You'll become a guru on so many different subjects.
Your friends will look up to you and admire you.

I'm gonna make this simple for you my friend. My advice on "leaving your comfort zone" can be applied to any situation. Your comfort zone is what is stopping you from having ripped abs/wealth/one-night-stands-with-beautiful-women/whatever-you-want. Pain doesn't feel good, nor does discomfort; however, to get these things that only a few men can achieve... you need to learn to love pain and discomfort. It is an investment in yourself. Expect updates on this blog daily. I'm gonna get you ahead. You will be the cream of the crop in a world where so many run around clueless. Develop an infatuation with improvement and progress. It will be uncomfortable at first, but that's fine. Listen to my teachings, put your pride and morality aside. You will take on world and bring it to its knees.

Are you tired of being... "Beta" or wasting your life?

Make this blog your home. This is going to be your manual to living from now on.
I was at the bottom of the barrel for many years of my life. I couldn't take it anymore.
I placed my hand around life, and I squeezed with an iron grip. To this day, I haven't let go.
If I had someone to teach me, it would have made things much easier. I had to learn the hard way.
Take this as a gift. Cherish it, embrace it, and make love to it.
